Refund policy

At Sahil Fashion Hub, customer satisfaction is our highest priority. We strive to provide premium quality footwear and a hassle-free shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully.
Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery if:
- You received a damaged or defective product.
- You received an incorrect product.
- The product is unused, unworn, and returned in its original packaging with all tags intact.
Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Used or worn footwear.
- Products damaged due to improper use.
- Clearance or discounted items (unless received damaged).
- Products returned without original packaging or accessories.
Refund Policy
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days through the original payment method.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via Bank Transfer or UPI after verification.
Exchange Policy
We provide exchanges only in the following situations:
- Wrong product delivered.
- Damaged or defective product received.
- Size exchange (subject to stock availability).
Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to our mistake, such as an incorrect or damaged product, the return shipping cost will be borne by Sahil Fashion Hub.
For all other eligible returns, return shipping charges may be the responsibility of the customer.
